Avalon Park is now home to Auburn's only private beach complete with palm trees!! Relax poolside on our white sand beach and recharge from your studies!
We have also added a new fitness facility with brand new equipment!
In addition, a new security gate is now operational for added peace of mind, continuing Avalon Park's tradition of secure, off campus housing!
