- Management states Implicitly that It shall not be held liable or responsible either legally or financially for any type of damage, injury, death, loss by accident, theft, fire or act of God to either the property or person of any tenant or guest or any cause arising from same.
- Management reserves the right to remove without notice, any objectionable person or persons who cause a disturbance or become a nuisance, and to terminate their tenancy. Management shall be the sole judge of the necessity for such action and there will be no refunds in such an event.
- Guests for prolonged periods must be registered at office. This is for you convenience and our information. Roommate changes must be made at the office in order for us to keep our records current. All mail or packages received in the office for unregistered tenants or guests will be returned.
- When leaving the unit empty for extended periods, remove any valuables arid secure the unit.
- Trespassing will not be allowed. If trespassers continue to loiter or stay at a residents unit without notifying the park management, the unit will be subject to eviction.
