- All pets must be approved by management and will be allowed only in approved areas. Pets will not be allowed to run loose in the park unless they are accompanied and controlled by their owner. Any pet found roaming unattended through the park will be subject to pickup by Auburn City Animal Control. Detailed information about Animal Control may be obtained at the Avalon Park office. Any pet caught roaming unattended twice Will not be allowed to be brought back to the park by the owner. Should complaints be received from neighbors about the pet(s) barking or creating any kind of disturbance, the above mentioned Lessee(s) will have fifteen (15) days to find the pet(s) a new home, or find another solution to the problem.
- All pets must be licensed by the county, have had current inoculations, and have ID tag and rabies tag on their collars.
- No more than 2 pets will be allowed per unit.
- Avalon Park will not tolerate pets tied to the front deck or pet pen. This action is cause for lease termination and the rent for the entire term will at once become due.
- A chain link fenced pen will have to be provided for all outdoor pets. It is the tenants’ responsibility to keep this area clean and odor free. Any pen becoming offensive to neighbors will have to be cleaned immediately or park maintenance will clean the pet pen at a cost to the tenant. Two complaints will require removal of pet from Avalon Park and possible tenant eviction. It is the responsibility of the tenant to keep all grounds, common areas, as well as their yard, free of pet fecal matter. A weed eater may be borrowed from the Park Maintenance Office. Do not tie your pet to the front deck or pet pen. Failure to comply will result in removal of pet by animal control.
- Avalon Park does not allow poisonous reptiles or spiders.
