- Speed limit in the park is 5 mph. Please caution guests to observe park speed limit. You will be fined for excessive speeding within the park
- Vehicles should be locked at all times and parked in spaces provided. Failure to comply will result in fines and/or towing of vehicle at LESSEE’s expense. Do not park on the street thus blocking the right-of-way for through traffic.
- No major repairs to cars shall be permitted in the park. Any car left for any period of time in a broken down, damaged, or abandoned condition will be towed away at the owner’s expense. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PROPERLY LICENSED.
- Any vehicle that is excessively noisy will not be permitted to operate in the park.
- Parking areas and lawns shall not be used for any boats, campers, motor homes, hauling trailers or trucks over one-half (1/2) ton.
- No 3-wheelers, dirt bikes, go-carts, or other off-road vehicles will be allowed in the park.
- DO NOT PARK ON GRASS. This will result in fines and/or towing of vehicle with LESSEE responsible for all charges relating to removal of vehicle.
