- Neither the park owners nor any of their representatives are responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur to tenants, guests of tenants or property of tenants or their guests during the use of or as a result of the use of any of the recreational facilities provided for tenant use. These facilities include, but are not limited to, the swimming pool, tanning bed, exercise room and equipment, and Laundromat.
- No fireworks are allowed in the park.
- There will be NO SMOKING or CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES in the above named recreation areas.
- Absolutely no trash or foreign materials may be put in the swimming pool.
- No pets are allowed in swimming area, exercise room, Laundromat, restrooms, or mailroom.
- Appropriate dress is required at all times in any and all of the recreation areas.
- Rules and regulations are posted in all recreation areas. Observe the rules and report any violations to insure future unlimited use by tenants. Contact the rental office to report any problems.
- It is understood that should the weekly inspection by management or its employee reveal signs of abuse, uncleanness or misuse of any recreation area, the facility may cease to be available for general use.
- Approximate dates of usage for the swimming pool will be from April until October.
