- Lawn service is provided by management. Fenced pet areas are excluded from this service and are the responsibility of the tenant. It is the obligation and responsibility of the occupants to keep their yards free of litter and in a neat and orderly fashion. Regardless of how trash accumulates on the leased property, it Is the occupants’ responsibility to keep the entire property clean. If it becomes necessary for Avalon Park Rentals to dispatch laborers to perform this service, tenants will be charged for the service.
- No swing-sets, sandboxes, clotheslines, basketball goals. wading pools, or similar equipment of any type are allowed without prior WRITTEN permission from the management.
